The meaning that should be derived from the system is that the resources we have are used within a scientific framework in order to achieve results in our smallest unit, and the way the activities are carried out is carried out in integration, taking into account our integrity.

Based on this; From the date we started, and in the following years, we will continue to review all our decisions, workflows, and business habits, and to protect those that are in line with the group's interests and to change or reform those that are not.

It is aimed for our company's organizations to be "learning and self-managed, lean-flexible organizations". If we define the smallest unit in our companies as personnel, our main goal is for all personnel to learn, develop and manage the job they do. The necessary training programs for this will be planned on the basis of individual development planning and all units will be Participation will be encouraged.

For the learning organization; It is essential for every personnel working in our companies to improve themselves through training. In order for a staff member to be promoted, he/she must ensure the training and development of the subordinates who will replace him/her. This is the necessary condition to move to a higher position.

Delegation of authority is essential for the success of our lean and flexible organizational approach. The basic duty of the manager is to guide, monitor and supervise his/her staff by delegating the work as well as doing the job.

In order to achieve success and objectivity in measurement, our company and our employees must adhere to the principle of "management by objectives". For this, we must have a planned and budgeted attitude. While making our plans to achieve our goals, we must adopt a style that is at an acceptable level, equipped with scientific facts and stays away from instinctive figures. Our aim is to achieve the goals we have set.

Another important point in our management policy is the "Total Quality Philosophy". Based on this philosophy, we want to achieve customer satisfaction with a participatory and effective management approach.

In addition, “all our employees are obliged to protect the company and group interests within their area of responsibility. No individual or departmental interest can take precedence. 

In general terms, we can define the management approach in our company as an effective management style that is based on the "Human First" philosophy, has adopted the Total Quality culture, has a flexible-lean organizational structure that is learning and self-managing, and is managed with goals and systemic approaches. This understanding is At the same time, it is an indication that we have adopted a management style that is participatory, creative, open to innovation, planned-budgeted, develops its employees with continuous training on the basis of individual development planning, works in teams, and believes in the priority of quality in products and services.
