INFORMATION TEXT UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW No. 6698

Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), dated 7 April 2016, aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data of real persons and to regulate the obligations and procedures and principles to be followed by real and legal persons who process personal data. It was created and entered into force by being published in the Gazette. 

Our company processes your personal data in accordance with the law within the scope of KVKK.

Your personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the procedures specified in the company's Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, which is kept publicly available and accessible on the Company website. Your personal data in question is stored by taking the administrative and technical measures specified in the policy for the periods specified in the Company Storage and Destruction Policy, and is destroyed at the end of these periods.
